How to reset your Mama Money PIN and report fraud

Your PIN is your secret, never write it down or share it with anyone. Never use your date of birth as your PIN! Choose 4 numbers only you will know.
If you suspect that someone is in possession of your PIN, report the incident immediately by sending a WhatsApp message to our customer care on 066 104 1097. You can also call Mama on 021 202 5420 for any help.
How to reset your Mama Money PIN:
- Dial *134*542# and select the option to “Reset App PIN”.
- Your new PIN will then be automatically sent to you.
- You can change your PIN in the Mama Money App by selecting “Security” settings.
